How did this journey begin?

eDivine Wine Goddess started with simple curiosity and thirst for the knowledge of wine.

After moving to Texas in 2016 around Thanksgiving and Christmas, I began wine shopping for my festive holiday gatherings with family and friends. While planning my events, I noticed those who were more interested in sweet wines, while others were more interested in dry wines, like myself. I wondered, why? What's the difference? Why put so much emphasis on pairing, etc.? I also noticed that sweet red wines gave me a headache! Again, I wondered, why? This burning curiosity formed my journey and thirst for the knowledge of wine!

I questioned everything from the origins of wine, the brands, alcohol content, the winemaking process, parings, etc. I started ordering wine magazines, conducting non-stop online research, and going to wine bars, wineries, etc. I became so ingrained that I found myself buying more wine to sample instead of groceries. I utterly and totally became so obsessed, I felt like some type of divine wine goddess, or power took over me!

In 2019, I decided to go just one step further: Why not develop and create a wine brand? One cozy night, as I held the stem of my wine glass, I thought, "Hhmmm...", and in that very moment I swirled, sniffed, sipped, and God granted me stewardship over His creation! I wanted to share my knowledge and passion for wine through events, fashion attire, and wine itself! Tell a friend, get cozy, and come unwind with me--the eDivine way of course.
